Dan is a well-seasoned realtor having been licensed since 1994. He has a wealth of real estate experience… selling single family, multi-family and condos giving him extensive experience from start to finish in the sale or purchase of a real estate transaction.

Dan also makes time to give back to his community. He is an avid soccer fan and has enjoyed coaching soccer in the past and also keeping up with his daughter’s university soccer career. He also enjoys fly fishing and mountain biking and working out. As a third-generation realtor, real estate is something that Kennedy naturally gravitated towards. Growing up in a family where she was surrounded by the business, she experienced first-hand the language and methods used to guide and support people through the ever-changing market.
