This is the second house Dan has sold for me and I am very glad I went with him again. Dan was very helpful from the beginning, he arranged for professional home stagers to give me advice on the best way to present my home, he also brought in professional video-grapher/photographer to produce an amazing home video to present my house online. He marketed the house many different ways that ended up driving a lot of traffic to my house for the open houses. When I found that I needed to do a small but important repair on my home prior to closing it he arranged for a trades person to get to my house ASAP and complete the repair properly and for a fair price. Bottom line is he went above and beyond and a lot of agents just wouldn’t do what Dan does every time. Thanks for the great service yet again Dan.
